This is a very rough port (I spent about an hour on it). I did it because I wanted to use makeinfo 4.0 on Windows, and I'm making it available in case anyone else finds it useful. I haven't tested it much, but it seems to work OK. Your milage may vary; remember there is ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY for GNU makeinfo. (See the GNU General Public License for details.) I haven't tested HTML or plain text output at all.
